Position Summary
The Cardiovascular Technology Adjunct Faculty member will deliver high-quality instruction in both theoretical and clinical components of an approved cardiovascular technology program. Instructional methods will include online learning, in-person skills training, and simulation-based teaching. Faculty will also coordinate and facilitate clinical experiences where appropriate.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective classroom, online, and clinical instruction.

Assess student engagement and comprehension during each session.

Grade and return assignments promptly while providing meaningful feedback.

Monitor student progress and support academic success.

Advise students on academic and professional development.

Maintain and update course materials, syllabi, and instructional resources to reflect current industry practices.

Coordinate and facilitate clinical learning experiences as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree.

Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related health field.

Active professional credentials: RT, RVT, RN, or RRT, with RCIS or RCES registry, or eligibility for registry (must obtain registry status within one year of employment).

Recent hands-on clinical experience.

Strong computer proficiency.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
