Job Summary
POOL POSITION
Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis due to growing program demand.
The Motorcycle Safety Range Aide assists instructors with non-instructional activities in the Motorcycle Safety Program. The position supports a safe and efficient learning environment by helping set up the training range, maintaining motorcycles, and assisting with class logistics.
This is a part-time, hourly staff position located at the Maple Woods Campus.
Essential Functions

Assist instructors with retrieving and storing motorcycles before and after classes.

Set up and organize the training range between exercises in various weather conditions.

Provide assistance to ensure smooth transitions between exercises during range sessions.

Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on motorcycles as directed.

Carry out additional duties as assigned to support program operations.
Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
-
At least six (6) months of relevant experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional related experience or training in motorcycle safety, mechanical work, or technical assistance will be considered.

Physical Requirements
This position requires:

Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, and climbing.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and 20 pounds continuously.

Work performed outdoors in a range of weather conditions and around mechanical equipment.
