Position Summary

The District seeks dedicated adjunct teaching faculty to support its mission of providing high-quality education to all students. Adjunct faculty serve as professional educators who guide, mentor, and facilitate student learning while maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, and department leadership.

This part-time, temporary position requires flexible scheduling and may include evening and weekend assignments. Adjunct faculty report directly to the department or program chairperson.

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in the teaching discipline OR

  • Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Availability to teach weekday, evening, and weekend courses, both on campus and at off-site locations

  • Willingness to participate in department, college, and district student-focused activities and events
