Overview:
The University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Sleep Medicine seeks M.D.-qualified candidates for multiple Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. The role combines clinical care and teaching responsibilities in sleep medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Train residents and fellows; precept medical students and other trainees. Requires 100 teaching credits per year.

• Clinical: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and management of patients with sleep disorders, including interpreting polysomnograms, multiple sleep latency tests, and home sleep apnea tests. Participate in the sleep disorders clinic and sleep telemedicine program.

• Service & Quality: Maintain high standards in patient care and contribute to the academic mission of the division.

Qualifications:

• M.D. degree.

• Board certified or board eligible in Sleep Medicine.

• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care and teaching.
