The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is recruiting a vision scientist at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. Research areas of interest include neuroimmunology, epidemiology, AI, macular degeneration, and ocular regenerative medicine.
Key Responsibilities

Build a productive research portfolio aligned with departmental scientific foci.

Establish and maintain competitive extramural funding.

Collaborate across teams and contribute to multidisciplinary clinical and translational efforts.

Participate in major grant applications and team-science initiatives.

Mentor trainees, junior faculty, and research personnel.
Work Location
Onsite in Aurora, Colorado at the Sue Anschutz Rodgers Eye Center, a large, state-of-the-art ophthalmology facility.
